Biography

Mr. Anindya Ganguly serves as a Lecturer at Jindal Global Business School and is currently a final-year PhD candidate in the Human Resource Management group at the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM C). He holds both a Bachelor’s (B.Com) and a Master’s (M.Com) degree in Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata.

His research interests encompass Organizational Justice, Social Justice, Gender and Work, and evolving alternative employment forms such as teleworking, platform work, and gig work. He has received acceptances and presented his work at several prestigious national and international conferences, including the 8th Regulating for Decent Work conference hosted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) at its headquarters in Geneva in 2023.

Anindya's scholarly contributions include articles published in journals such as Global Business Review, IIMS Journal of Management Science, and IUP Journal of Corporate Governance. Furthermore, he has been a guest contributor to multiple short articles for the monthly magazine of the All India Management Association (AIMA).
