Dr. Manisha Mishra is currently an Associate Professor in OB & HRM area at JGBS. She is the Assistant Dean-Examinations for the school as well. Dr. Mishra has been part of JGBS since 2013 and has held various administrative positions including being the Faculty coordinator for Student Activities (2013-2015) and Assistant Dean for Integrated BBA (Hons.) MBA programme (2015-2019). She has a been part of several University and school level committees notable among them have been the accreditation committees for QS rankings, NAAC and Institution of Eminence status. Currently she is part of AACSB committee and accreditation team. 

Dr. Mishra has taught many courses in all programmes at JGBS. Her teaching interests include managing people across cultures and nations, diversity and inclusion management, employee engagement, and change management. She has published book chapters and presented her research in various international conferences. Her research interest include diversity and inclusion management in Indian companies, reservations in higher professional education, and psychological well-being of teachers.

Besides teaching and research Dr. Mishra has been involved in executive education as well. She was the programme coordinator and resource person for a number of executive education and management development programmes conducted by JGU. These programmes were conducted for companies like JSPL, IOCL, Power Grid Corporation, and THDC; state governments officers of states like Madhya Pradesh & Haryana; officers of the Indian Army and also international programmes for Afghanistan Human Rights Commission and Central Tibetan Authority. She delivered sessions on intra & inter-personal orientation, emotional intelligence, team building, work-life balance, retention, motivation, people management, and communication & presentation skills.

Dr. Mishra won the award for best thesis in the development domain for her dissertation at IIM Ahmedabad. During her post-graduation she was the gold medallist of her batch for securing the highest aggregate marks. She also qualified the Junior Research Fellowship of the UGC in public administration. Dr. Mishra loves to read, write poetry, misses quizzing and makes multiple attempts to learn different languages.
