Biography

Dr. Aakash Khindri is an Assistant Professor at Jindal Global Business School, O.P Jindal Global University, Sonipat, in the OB-HR area. Before joining JGU, he completed his PhD in the area of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. His doctoral research work explored the role of workplace curiosity and future self-continuity as predictors of grit among Indian working professionals. He has contributed research articles to several academic journals and conferences of national and international repute. His research interests include topics associated with individual behaviour like grit, life satisfaction, trait competitiveness, and workplace curiosity.
