Prof. Kaveri Gupta, Dr. Angel Selvaraj, Dr. Vernon Dmello and Dr. Divya Dubey of JIBS also spoke on multilateralism, adolescent well-being and the psychological foundations of community resilience.<\/p>\n<p>At the 27th World Congress of IACAPAP in Hamburg, Dr. Vasundharaa S. Nair, Prof. (Dr.) Mohita Junnarkar and Rohini Malik represented JIBS with research spanning peer support systems, relational distress and cyberbullying prevention among young people.<\/p>\n<p>At the European Conference on Positive Psychology in Dublin, JIBS Dean Dr. Pulkit Khanna spoke on designing evidence-based positive psychology curricula, using gratitude as a working example.<\/p>\n<p>At the 51st National Conference of IACP in Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, Dr. Indupriya B joined conversations on the future of clinical psychology in the era of AI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>JIBS faculty members secures research grant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A research team comprising Dr. Vipin Vijay Nair (Principal Investigator), Associate Professor, JIBS, ; Dr. Girraj Sharma (Co-Principal Investigator), Assistant Professor, JIBS; and Dr. Garima Pal (Co-Principal Investigator), Assistant Professor, Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai, has been awarded a competitive research grant of Rs 7,50,000 by National Law University, Delhi (NLU Delhi).<\/p>\n<p>The research will explore the intersection of crime science, forensic investigation and emerging technologies, with a focus on developing innovative approaches that can contribute to more effective and scientifically informed criminal investigation practices. The project seeks to contribute to the evolving landscape of technology-enabled criminal investigation and forensic practice, particularly by examining how innovative and interdisciplinary approaches can strengthen investigative processes, evidence management and the broader administration of criminal justice. The underlying research is intended to support greater scientific rigour and reliability within investigative processes.<\/p>\n<p>The grant will bring together expertise across criminology, behavioural sciences, forensic science, law and technology, while also fostering research collaboration across leading institutions in the field of criminal justice education and research.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Faculty Development Programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>JIBS concluded its two-day Faculty Development Programme, bringing together leading academicians and publishing experts to equip faculty with practical insights for excellence in higher education.<\/p>\n<p>The programme opened with Dr. Pulkit Khanna, Dean, JIBS, and Dr. Vasundharaa S. Nair S. Nair, Associate Dean, Academic Affairs, setting the vision for the sessions ahead. Participants then explored innovative approaches to teaching and assessment with Dr. Amit Gautam, Professor at National Institute of Education Planning and Administration (NIEPA), followed by an engaging session on team building and leadership by Dr. Ruchika Jain, Adjunct Faculty at IILM, New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>Day two focused on strengthening research and scholarly impact. Dr. Saurabh Sood, Associate Professor, Jindal Global Law School and Assistant Dean, Office of the Dean of Research (Projects, Grants and Publications), shared strategies for securing and managing research grants.
