The workshop incorporated in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous online sessions, offering a comprehensive exploration of essential elements crucial to teaching.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitated by educators from CLIP, Prof (Dr.) Tanushree Sharma, Prof (Dr.) Swati Chawla, Prof (Dr.) Raunaq Chawla and Prof (Dr.) Vibhash Kumar, the workshop served as a foundational platform, ensuring that faculty members could navigate the challenges of their new roles more effectively. Ms. Saloni Chopra also facilitated a session on gamification for enhanced student engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Key topics covered included Teaching and Learning Philosophy, Learning Taxonomies, and the Backward Design methodology.
