Decisions taken in annual general meeting

The Governing Body Members’ minutes of meetings (MOM) are highly confidential as they discuss future expansions plans, infrastructure requirements, and land acquisitions. As these are all very sensitive information, they are not made publicly available. However, since we have a very strong and robust policy to facilitate the development of a sustainable campus, all matters pertaining to sustainability are deliberated through a separate committee and the role of this committee is to make sure that all the decisions of the governing body are in consonance with sustainability.
