Co-authored with Prof. Anupriya of Jindal Global Law School, the chapter examines the growing use of artificial intelligence in regulatory enforcement, particularly in the context of unfair trade practices and dark patterns. The authors argue that while AI can assist in identifying harmful practices at scale, it remains ill-equipped to interpret inherently ambiguous legal concepts such as what constitutes \u201cunfair\u201d or \u201cmisleading\u201d conduct.
