The winning team developed Anumati, a compliance and risk-management platform designed to enhance safety and regulatory oversight for pandals and large-scale religious gatherings. By combining artificial intelligence, satellite data, structured compliance mechanisms, and coordinated planning tools, the platform enables authorities to identify and mitigate potential crowd-management and infrastructure risks before events take place.<\/p>\n<p>The project was recognised for its innovative integration of technology, governance, regulatory compliance, and public-safety considerations in addressing a complex civic challenge.
