The discussion examined the challenges of deployer dependence in the AI ecosystem and explored the domestic and international policy tools available to address these concerns. Participants deliberated on strategic points across AI supply chains, deployment pathways, and service infrastructures where regulatory and policy interventions can create meaningful leverage.
