Prof. Nikhil Naren highlighted the emerging challenges posed by AI-generated content, including questions of market displacement, the protection of human creativity, and the distinction between AI training and AI-generated outputs as separate legal issues. The session also explored the role of consent, licensing, and collaborative frameworks in ensuring that innovation is balanced with the rights and interests of creators.
