During the discussion, Prof. Jain emphasised that AI governance and sustainability considerations must be addressed simultaneously, with responsible deployment and environmental concerns treated as parallel priorities rather than competing objectives. The panel brought together legal and corporate governance experts for a thought-provoking exchange on the opportunities, risks, and governance responsibilities arising from the increasing integration
