Prof. Naren discussed emerging legal challenges arising from AI-generated content, deepfakes, digital evidence, algorithmic decision-making, and online misinformation. The session also explored the evolving relationship between AI and intellectual property law, including questions of authorship, ownership, copyright, training data, and personality rights.
