Research and Scholarship<\/h3><\/div>

The Centre’s research this year followed the questions that AI is forcing open faster than the law can answer them: how accountability is allocated across the AI value chain, how far transparency obligations extend, how courts and regulators should use these systems themselves, and what copyright, competition and cybercrime law must become in response.<\/p>\n

This research is the evidence base on which the Centre’s submissions to regulators rest, and the route by which the Indian perspective enters international scholarship on AI governance.<\/p>\n<\/div>
