Ms. Arushi is an independent legal practitioner and has more than nine years of experience in litigating in courts across Delhi-NCR. Her work focuses on women and child rights through litigation, advocacy, and capacity building.\u00a0She was previously engaged as a Senior Consultant in the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law &amp; Justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\u00a0lecture\u00a0 focused on the need for and role of a Survivor&#8217;s counsel in POCSO cases.
