The CRC, organized a panel discussion on “Role of Support Persons in POCSO cases”, the panellists for the session were Ms. Kushi Kushalappa, Director, Support & Rehabilitation at Enfold India  and Ms. Aishwarya Sinha, Senior Social Worker, iProbono.  The panel discussion delved into the practicalities of being a support person under POCSO and how the needs of survivors have defined the contours of their work and the possible effects of Bachpan Bachao Andolan v. Union of India.
