The CRC, organized a lecture on “Introduction to Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection) Act, 2015“, the lecture was delivered by Ms. Nimisha Srivastava, the executive director at Counsel to Secure Justice, a nonprofit working on access to justice for child survivors of sexual abuse, children in conflict with law, and child protection systems strengthening with a focus on using restorative approaches.

The lecture focused on decoding the Juvenile Justice Act and mapping out the institutions under the act for Children in conflict with the law & Children in need of care and protection and the protections accorded to them under the Act.
