The CRC, organized  a guest lecture on “Balancing Rights of Children in Conflict with the Law in POCSO cases”. The lecture was delivered by Mr. Ashish Kumar, an advocate practicing in the child rights & child protection domain at the Delhi High Court & Supreme Court of India. 

The speaker provided insight into trials from the lens of cases where a child has been accused of committing an act of child sexual abuse and also, delved into how to deal with the intricacies of balancing the rights of the Child in Conflict with the Law i.e. the child who has been accused of committing the offense and the child victim in such instances.
