JIBS organised a three-day certificate programme on ‘Enhancing Personal Effectiveness and Growth’ for the trainees of Indian Revenue Service (C&IT).
The training programme was conducted in collaboration with Jindal Institute of Leadership Development and Executive Education (JILDEE), from December 8 to 10 at the National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), Faridabad.
Around 35 trainees attended the training sessions. It was organised with the aim of imparting personal development skills to the attendees so that they can maximise their potential and focus on their self-development and personal growth.
Recognising that personal development skills are the main driving force behind improved work performance, the programme highlighted the need to create strategic and tactical plans for one’s own personal growth.
