International Student Exchange (ISE)
The International Student Exchange Programme (ISE) provides students with the opportunity to study for one semester at JGU, and for JGU students to spend one semester abroad. ISE contributes to the academic and personal development of students by expanding their horizons and providing them with an international perspective. The network includes a large number of academic institutions in Australia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, United states of America, United Kingdom, Europe, Canada. Exchange students may gain academic credit towards their degree when the specific requirements of both participating ISE institutions are met.

Study Abroad programmes leading to degrees
The Study Abroad programme enables students to spend more than one semester abroad. For example, a MoU with Rollins College facilitates an extended period of study abroad for students of the School of Liberal Arts and Humanities at one of the leading liberal arts colleges in the United States. Study Abroad programmes provide enriching educational experience for students in two different universities involving an international partner university.
JGU has agreements with Indiana University Bloomington, Queen Mary University, London, Rollins College USA, Tilburg University Netherlands, University of Arizona, University of Texas, Dallas - Naveen Jindal School of Management, Queens and Carleton University,Canada.
JGU, in collaboration with international partner institutions, offers a range of intensive international winter and summer schools. The JGU–University of Oxford Summer School in International Law and Global Governance (JOSS) is a three-week intensive residential summer course held at Somerville College, Oxford. JOSS students receive lectures from eminent Oxford professors and experience the one-to-one Oxford tutorial system of learning.
JGU also hosts Study Abroad courses for international students at its campus. For example, in January 2015, the University conducted an intensive winter course for students from Tsinghua University, China. Intensive summer and winter Study Abroad may lead to the award of academic credit when the specific requirements are met.
JGU has signed agreements with several universities for research collaboration including for joint conference publications, seminars, symposia etc., examples Afghanistan Public Policy Research Organization, Bond University - Australia, City University of Hong Kong, East China University of Political Science and Law, EBS University - Germany, Faculty of Jurisprudence & Political Science Autonomous University - Santo Domingo, Indiana University, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven - Belgium, KoC University - Turkey, Lahore University of Management Science, Murdoch University - Australia, National Taiwan University, Ryerson University Toronto, Suffolk University - Boston, Texas A&M University, The Crianca Nosso Futuro Institute - Mozambique,University of Arizona, University of Baltimore, University of California, University of Chile, University of Illinois, University of Melbourne, University of Michigan, University of St. Thomas of Mozambique, University of Texas, York University - Canada and Zhejiang University.
